2023 Surge Classic

Through my years of rigorous training as an athlete, I aim to share the knowledge I have gathered through education and field experience with others who are passionate about the science behind building muscle, fat loss, and getting healthier.

I earned the title of United States Powerlifting Association (now WRPF) State Champion in 2021 and held the age-specific state records in the Back Squat, Bench Press, & Deadlift movements. Since then, I’ve actively claimed a Competition-Standard 490lb squat, 297lb bench press, and a 572lbs deadlift through USA Powerlifting as of March, 2026.

Danny is a drug-free professional and coach.

440lbs | 200kg Back Squat

565lbs | 255kg Deadlift

145lbs Bodyweight

295lbs | 135kg Bench Press

As a coach, my training methodology has focused on data-driven insights whilst building a genuine connection with my clients to ensure sustainability and long-term success. Being a competitor in a sport reliant on tangible numbers and short-term gratification has led me to recognize the value of small victories and balance in and out of the gym.

Using Excel, MacroFactor, and EMG Testing, I create personalized fitness programs, nutritional guidelines, and block visualization to create hyper-specification in my athletes' training, allowing them to understand the physical processes that are occurring in their bodies.
